Valerie Snart of Hayward, is the Co-Founder, Artistic Director and Curator of the Cinema Place Gallery, Hayward; Ms. Snart is also an exhibiting Artist, former appointed Member of the Alameda County Arts Commission and has served in leadership positions with A.R.T., Inc., Hayward Arts Council; and Sun Gallery.
