Arts Leadership Award Program


Representing Alameda County Supervisorial District Four —

Usha Shukla of Pleasanton, is a full-time professional artist who works out of her studio in Pleasanton, creating vibrant, nature-inspired abstract paintings. For almost a decade, she has been an active Member of the Pleasanton Art League and Livermore Art Association. Since 2016, she has served as Pleasanton Art League’s Chairperson of the Art Circuit, a program which presents artworks by local artists at Pleasanton businesses and other Tri-Valley venues. Usha’s paintings have been featured in solo and group shows throughout Alameda County including artworks placed at the Alameda County’s East County Hall of Justice in Dublin.
