Arts Leadership Award Program

Representing Alameda County Supervisorial District Four —

Raymond Patton (Pat) Parr II of Castro Valley, is instrumental in supporting the arts in Castro Valley and Alameda County. Currently, he is the Co-Artistic Director of the Pacific Coast Repertory Theatre, a regular music director and vocal director for Castro Valley High School musicals, and an accompanist for the high school and Golden State Theatre production shows. Mr. Parr is a former board member of the Castro Valley Arts Foundation. He is a mentor to hundreds of students, and the coordinator of more than 50 Alameda County musicians. His efforts have afforded hundreds of fellow performers, students, and fellow theatre colleagues the opportunity to work on professional productions at the Castro Valley Center for the Arts and throughout Alameda County.
