Margo Dunlap of City of Alameda, is the Executive Director of Pro Arts in Oakland with the major annual event East Bay Open Studios. Ms. Dunlap is a leader in arts advocacy and the Founding Chairperson of the Oakland Cultural Trust. She also launched the Pro Arts’ Community Advocacy Alliance.
